Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Hype and Vice gear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
